1. Engagement Model

Cerprise provides modular and integrated technology, operations, and workforce solutions. Services can be engaged individually to solve specific bottlenecks or coordinated together under a single strategic execution partnership.

2. Deliverables & Milestones

All deliverables, scopes of work, and fee structures are outlined in individual project briefs. We structure our milestones around commercial success and measurable outcomes rather than static hourly billing.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific statement of work, all custom software, configurations, and assets developed specifically for a client are transferred to the client upon full payment of the associated milestones.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client codebases, internal communication loops, data schemas, and proprietary business processes.
